Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail, phone or whatsapp.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of order being delivered. Any queries or concerns beyond 10 days from order delivery date will not be entertained.

Cancellation of order is applicable only before the order is shipped. You can visit the "My Account" section to check your order status.

10% cancellation fee will be applicable if order is cancelled after it has been shipped. You can reach out to our customer support team to cancel order after it's shipped. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.

Feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

If due to any reason you wish to return the Product, we offer a free pick-up service. You will just have to drop us a mail at listen@thewholetruthfoods.com or a message on WhatsApp. Our delivery agent will pick-up the product from the address of delivery.
