RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Purchases made from online store of www.thewholetruthfoods.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail, phone or whatsapp.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of order being delivered. Any queries or concerns beyond 10 days from order delivery date will not be entertained.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an order is applicable only before the order is shipped. You can visit the "My Account" section to check your order status.

A cancellation fee of ₹ 200 will be charged if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped. This is done to fairly compensate our courier partners for forward and reverse logistics.

You can reach out to our customer support team to cancel an order after it's shipped. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days

MERCHANDISE STORE – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Fitshit Health Solutions Private Limited's (TWT's) Merchandise Returns and Exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange any merchandise purchased through www.thewholetruthfoods.com that is received in a damaged condition, is incorrect, has a genuine quality issue, or is defective/not functioning as intended. 

Return requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery by contacting us via email at listen@thewholetruthfoods.com or through WhatsApp. Upon validating the claim, TWT will arrange a free pickup of the product from the original delivery address. 

To ensure a smooth return process, the product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, labels, and any other items received with the order. 

Returns requested due to change of mind, personal preference, or any reasons other than those specified above are not eligible under this policy.
