Why freeze-dried mangoes?

Most mango drinks are just mango-flavored. You know that's not our jam. But since mango spoils fast, using the fruit directly isn’t an option either.   Our solution? Freeze-drying. We take real mangoes. Peel ’em. Cut ’em. Quickly freeze ’em at -44°C. Then vacuum dry ’em. Phew! It’s an expensive process—but what you get is the whole fruit, with both its real taste and nutritional integrity fully preserved. And that’s worth its weight in gold (or mangoes).
