Why freeze-dried strawberries?
Most strawberry drinks are just strawberry flavor. You know that’s not our jam. But since it spoils fast, using the fruit directly isn’t an option either. Our solution - Freeze Drying. Basically, we take real strawberries. Cut ‘em. Quickly freeze ‘em at -44C. And then vacuum dry ‘em. Phew! It’s an expensive process - but what you get is the whole fruit, with both its real taste, and nutritional integrity, fully preserved. And that’s worth it’s weight in gold (or berries).
