RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Purchases made from online store of www.thewholetruthfoods.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from order confirmation date will not be entertained.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at orders@thewholetruthfoods.com. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.

 

MERCHANDISE STORE – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Fitshit Health Solutions Private Limited's (TWT's) Merchandise Returns and Exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange any merchandise items purchased from online store of www.thewholetruthfoods.com for any reason within the specified return/exchange period i.e. 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product.

Feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

If due to any reason you wish to return the Product, we offer a free pick-up service. You will just have to drop us a mail at listen@thewholetruthfoods.com or a message on WhatsApp. Our delivery agent will pick-up the product from the address of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible, merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products and clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description for specific details.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Love team at listen@thewholetruthfoods.com to request a Return or Exchange. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return or exchange request along with the picture of the product in case of any defective or damaged or incorrect product is delivered.
  2. Once you receive a confirmation from us, securely package the merchandise, including all original packaging and documentation.
  3. The package would be collected from the address of delivery in case of return. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. During pick-up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  1. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Refund in case of returns may be subject to approval based on the condition of the merchandise.
  2. If the merchandise meets our criteria, we will process your return request within 48 hours of the collection of the product.
  3. If the merchandise does not meet our criteria, it will be shipped back to you.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed or rejected.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your Bank
  2. In case of exchanges, new item will be delivered to you and simultaneously the original item will be picked-up.

5. Return and Exchange Fees:

Please note that there is no Return or Exchange fees levied by us. Do not pay any such fees to the delivery executive.

EXCEPTIONS AND RULES:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. We offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you from online store of www.thewholetruthfoods.com for same or different sizes of same style only and not for any other item of the same or different value from TWT. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
  3. Exchanges are only allowed for pincodes which are serviceable for an exchange.
  4. TWT shall reject the exchange request in case at the time of collecting the products the delivery partner confirms that the product looks used or damaged, when the exchange request was raised because of size issues.
  5. TWT shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on TWT if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in TWT's sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  6. TWT will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, TWT would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
