- Incorrect or missing items in your order.
We do not provide replacements for:
- Personal preferences such as taste or flavour differences with other similar products.
To raise a replacement request:
- Contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
- Please share the images/videos of the product with batch number on back of the pack.
- Please attach invoice in case you reach out to us from any other email-id or mobile number other than the one used to place your order.
- Please make sure that the product is sealed or as close to its original condition as possible.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation of order is applicable only before the order is shipped. You can visit the "My Account" section to check your order status.
