What is the source of protein in this product? Is it natural?
All the protein in our pro-flavoured variants comes from Whey. Isolate is the primary source of protein (>50%) which is blended with whey concentrate to achieve the required protein concentration. All the protein in the product comes from natural sources.
How is this whey protein different from other protein powders?
Simply put, this is the cleanest, lightest protein powder available. Whey protein brands typically add artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, gums & fillers, anti-caking & anti-foaming agents- all in an attempt to make your protein feel like an ice-cream shake. This product has none of that. Protein as light as water- your gut will say ‘thank you’ :)
Is the protein suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. This protein is 100% suitable for vegetarians and only contains dairy & plant sources of nutrition.
Is this protein safe for lactose-intolerant individuals?
We recommend whey protein isolate for individuals who are lactose-intolerant, as it contains minimal lactose. However, if your intolerance is severe, a plant-based protein would be a better option.
Will this protein powder cause bloating/gas or acne?
Bloating/gas or acne is caused either because of lactose intolerance or as a reaction to all the artificial fillers, bulking agents, anti-caking/foaming agents added to protein powders. If you have lactose intolerance, we recommend you try our unflavoured isolate whey protein. In case you don’t, be rest assured- this is the cleanest, most easily digestible protein powder you will find. If you are unsure and want to gradually introduce protein powder into your diet to gauge your body's response, you can consider our Protein starter pack which is designed to hand-hold new protein powder users.
Is the protein suitable for women?
Yes, whey protein is suitable for women. Whey protein is a high-quality protein source derived from milk, and it contains all the essential amino acids that the body needs for various functions, including muscle building and repair.
What is freeze dried strawberries?
Most strawberry drinks are just strawberry flavor. You know that’s not our jam. But since it spoils fast, using the fruit directly isn’t an option either. Our solution - Freeze Drying. Basically, we take real strawberries. Cut ‘em. Quickly freeze ‘em at -44C. And then vacuum dry ‘em. Phew! It’s an expensive process - but what you get is the whole fruit, with both its real taste, and nutritional integrity, fully preserved. And that’s worth it’s weight in gold (or berries).
⁠How to store my protein powder?
Airtight containers only– This protein has real strawberries.. So alongwith great taste, you also get vitamins, minerals and all the goodness of real fruit, but there’s a problem. Real fruit attracts moisture. Leave this pack unzipped, and you might see lumps forming. Nutritionally, it’s all fine (no it’s not gone bad). but yes, it might affect mixability, and no one likes lumps in their protein shake (or anywhere else either).
⁠Why is this protein powder more expensive compared to the rest ?
While the rest of the ingredients remain the same as our 24g protein powder range, this protein has real strawberries. Oh and while most strawberry drinks are just strawberry flavour. The shelf life is 4 months from the date of manufacturing.

Add 180ml of cold milk to a 35g scoop of our strawberry protein and it's ready to drink. (Incase you’re having this with water make it 200ml)
